摘  要

 

伴隨著國內(nèi)改革開放進(jìn)度的延伸，國內(nèi)影視行業(yè)在更深入地融入到經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的同時，亦遭受著前所未有的來自于世界影視市場的沉重壓力。所以，使國內(nèi)影視行業(yè)難以進(jìn)步的要素之一——資金匱乏的難題已然受到了大量學(xué)者的重視，對于影視產(chǎn)業(yè)融投資問題進(jìn)行研究分析，不但能夠解決電影產(chǎn)業(yè)融資難的問題，亦有助于對外宣傳我國的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，增加資源配置的效率。

本文以影視企業(yè)為具體研究對象，對其融資的影響因素進(jìn)行研究和分析，并以華人天地影視公司為具體研究案例對其融資及其影響因素進(jìn)行深入的探討和剖析，最終提出相應(yīng)的建議和策略。

本研究認(rèn)為影視企業(yè)的信用等級、信息透明度以及金融融資環(huán)境對其融資有重要影響，重點(diǎn)從提升信用等級，增強(qiáng)影視企業(yè)信息透明度，以及植入保險機(jī)制這幾個層面入手，給予相應(yīng)的建議和意見。同時，本文還認(rèn)為要改善影視企業(yè)融資困境，還需完善影視產(chǎn)業(yè)基金，以及建立影視企業(yè)聯(lián)盟融資合作機(jī)制來進(jìn)一步改善。
